Delete your account

You can delete your Who Knows More? account and its personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Who Knows More? and sign in.
2. Go to Settings › Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

Email us from the address you signed in with (your Apple or Google email) and write "Delete my account" with your @handle. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted at once: your name, @handle, date of birth, gender, photo, sign-in details, devices, friends and settings. Deleting the account does not refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
• Kept without your name: the scores and answers of games you played, so the other players' results stay correct. They can no longer be linked to you.
